A digital business card. No system. A website that brings in appointments. With a system.

When Dr Philipp Weber came to us at the end of 2024, his practice had a decent website – it looked fine and was built with Wix. For Google, however, it was practically invisible. There were no real pages for his treatments – just a sentence or two per treatment, so nothing that could have ranked well for a search like “Botox Vienna”. In December 2024 the site received just 55 clicks a month from Google search. Anyone who found the site usually knew the practice already.
On top of that, nobody knew what the website actually achieved. Neither Google Analytics nor Search Console had been set up, and no appointment booking was being tracked. Decisions were based on gut feeling.
So the problem was not the design but the function. The website was a digital business card, not a system that brings in new patients. In a market like aesthetic medicine in Vienna, where many practices compete for the same searches, that is not enough.
After · today
- WordPress website, fast and easy to maintain
- A dedicated page for every treatment people search for
- Search Console, Analytics and appointments are tracked
- Over 10,000 clicks a month, booking on every page

Today the website is the most important way for new patients to find the practice. It runs on WordPress, is fast and the practice can update it themselves. Every treatment has its own page that answers exactly the questions patients ask before an appointment – and every page leads straight to online booking.
In September 2026 the website received 10,543 clicks from Google, 96% of them from people who were not searching for the practice by name but for a treatment. The average position in Google improved from 16.2 to 7.7 within a year.
And because everything is tracked, every step is visible: how many people find a page, how many of them book an appointment and which searches are behind it. The practice is now also recommended in ChatGPT and in Google’s AI answers.

Approach
Four steps to more revenue.
Clicks are only a step along the way. From day one, what counted for us were appointments – and with them, revenue.

01
Relaunch & foundations
Designed in Figma, built in WordPress, tracking from day one.
Figma → WordPress Booking Tracking
Built for booking, not just for looks.

Before we thought about content, one thing was clear: nothing could be built on this website. So we rebuilt it completely – designed in Figma first, then built in WordPress. The focus was on structure and appointment booking, not just on looks.
The page structure is set up so new treatments can be added in minutes, and the practice can update texts and images themselves. Beforehand we looked at what the strongest competitors in Vienna offer and adopted the features patients expect. At the same time we set up Search Console, Analytics and appointment tracking – from day one it was visible what works.

02
Keyword strategy for revenue
A keyword map for high-intent searches – sorted by revenue potential, not search volume.
High-intent searches Revenue potential
The right visitors rather than as many as possible.

More visitors alone do not bring appointments. So we first examined what people in Vienna search for when they actually want to book a treatment – and how strong the competition is for each of these searches.
This resulted in a keyword map: every treatment gets its search terms, sorted by revenue potential and chance of success. Terms with high search volume but no buying intent were deliberately pushed back.
-
03
Content & service pages
A page per treatment that answers the questions before an appointment – plus guides that build trust.
Botox Vienna Needle epilation Guides
Every page ends with an appointment.

Based on this map, we built a dedicated page for every treatment – for example for Botox in Vienna or needle epilation. Each page answers exactly the questions patients ask themselves before an appointment: how does the treatment work, what does it cost, how quickly will I see a result?
In addition, we created guides on questions many people google. The best known is the Mounjaro click table: this guide alone brought in over 20,000 clicks from July to September 2026 and makes the practice known for a topic that a great many people are interested in right now. Traffic grew by more than 100% in the very first month after launch.

04
Scaling, authority & AI visibility
Expanding what brings appointments: new pages, backlinks, digital PR and content ChatGPT & co. cite.
Backlinks Digital PR GEO
Measured by appointments, not clicks.

After the build phase, it is about growth and trust. Every month, more treatment pages are added and existing pages are improved based on the data. Through backlinks and digital PR, the website is mentioned on other reputable sites – in the medical field one of the most important factors for good positions in Google. Genuine patient reviews strengthen this further.
Results are measured every month in the Northstar Media dashboard – not by clicks, but by calls and online appointments. In September 2026, two out of three online appointments came via Google search.
At the same time, we make sure AI assistants know the practice too. Content is prepared so that ChatGPT and Google’s AI answers use it as a source. From July to October 2026, Dr Philipp Weber was mentioned 89 times in AI answers, at an average position of 3.6.
