About the client
The op-s Center is an interdisciplinary medical centre in Graz focused on orthopaedics, trauma surgery and pain management, alongside supporting treatments such as physiotherapy and massage. Outpatient surgery is carried out on site.
Where we started

The website:
- was built on a basic template
- consisted mostly of running text
- was hard to navigate and gave visitors no guidance
- had no clear service pages
- generated no organic traffic
- brought in almost no new patient enquiries
The foundations were missing too:
- no clear SEO structure
- no keyword strategy
- no conversion work
- no scalable page architecture
The real problem was not the content but the missing structure and function.
The website was informative, but it was not a system for winning patients.
In a market as competitive as orthopaedics, information alone is not enough to become visible or to win patients consistently.

The goal of the partnership
Our goal was not only better rankings but a system that works.
The website needed to:
- become visible for the relevant orthopaedic treatments
- win new patients through Google
- build trust without feeling salesy
- turn visitors into enquiries in a structured way
Our approach
Before we produced any content, one thing was clear: the existing website could not carry durable growth.
So we started with a complete relaunch.
The new site was designed in Figma and then built on WordPress. The focus was on structure, guidance and scalability, not only on design.
Step 1: Relaunch and foundation
- complete rebuild, design and development
- a clear, structured page architecture
- better UX so visitors know where to go
- competitor analysis to identify the features that matter
- built on WordPress for maximum scalability
The result: a website that does not only inform but guides patients and converts them.
Step 2: Keyword strategy
Next we ran a data-led keyword analysis and defined a clear structure.
The focus:
- keywords driven by search intent
- treatments with real patient potential
- a balance of search volume and realistic competition
The aim: not more traffic, but the right patients.
Step 3: Content and service pages
On that basis we built dedicated service pages:
- every treatment as its own landing page
- content matched to the search intent
- transparent explanation of each treatment
- trust rather than selling
That way we meet patients at the moment they are actively looking for a solution.
Step 4: Local SEO and first authority
- listings in the relevant directories
- building the first backlinks
- strengthening the local presence
We also recommended:
- merging the websites and Google Business Profile entries
to concentrate the authority in one place. This was not implemented on the client side.
The result
Since the start of the partnership, traffic has grown by more than 313 % year on year.
The website is increasingly becoming a meaningful channel for new patient enquiries.
The next focus is on:
- deliberate link building
- digital PR
- scaling out further service pages
