About the client
Dr. Philipp B. Weber is a private dermatologist and aesthetic medicine specialist in Vienna. His practice covers medical treatment for skin health, prevention and chronic skin conditions, alongside aesthetic procedures such as anti-ageing, volume restoration and laser treatments. He places great value on individual care, natural results and thorough consultation in a comfortable setting.
Where we started

The website:
- ran on Wix
- looked fine, but was not built for search
- had no structured page architecture
- had no service pages for the treatments offered
- generated no organic traffic and no enquiries
The basics were missing too:
- no Google Analytics
- no Google Search Console
- no conversion tracking
The real problem was not the design but the function.
The website was a digital business card, not a system for winning patients.
What was missing:
- a clear SEO strategy
- a structured presentation of the treatments
- a funnel that turns visitors into appointments
- data to optimise against
In a market as competitive as aesthetic medicine, that is not enough to become visible, let alone to win patients consistently.
The goal of the partnership
Our goal was not more traffic but more appointments: the practice should win new patients predictably through Google and AI search, and stay booked out over the long run.
Our approach
Before we thought about content at all, one thing was clear: the existing website could not carry durable growth.
So the first step was a complete relaunch.
We designed the site from scratch in Figma and then built it on WordPress. The focus was not only on design but above all on structure, scalability and conversion. Using ACF fields we made sure the site stays easy to maintain in-house.
Step 1: Relaunch and foundation
- complete rebuild, design and development
- migration from Wix to WordPress
- a scalable page structure
- clear UX focused on booking an appointment
- competitor analysis to identify the features that matter
The result: a website that not only looks good but can perform.
Step 2: Keyword strategy
Next we ran a data-led keyword analysis and built a clear keyword map.
The focus:
- keywords with real revenue potential
- searches close to booking
- realistic competition and solid search volume
The aim was never the most clicks, but the right visitors.
Step 3: Content and service pages
On that basis we built service pages matched precisely to each search intent.
Examples:
- Botox Vienna
- Electrolysis Vienna
Every treatment became its own landing page, built for conversion rather than information.
In the first month alone we achieved growth of more than 100 %.
Step 4: Scaling and authority
With the structure in place, the focus moved to scaling:
- continuous rollout of further service pages
- building backlinks and digital PR
- deliberately generating genuine patient reviews
In healthcare in particular, that last point is a decisive ranking factor.
The result
The practice now sees more than 10,000 clicks a month from organic search alone.
It is booked out roughly two weeks in advance, and the website has become the central, predictable channel for winning new patients.
