Vitalité Esthetics is a clinic for aesthetic treatments in Vienna – offering HydraFacial, Morpheus8, microneedling, body treatments and laser hair removal. When we started in October 2025, the website ran on Tilda and looked good. For Google, however, there was too little content: many treatments had no page of their own, and laser hair removal had no pages for the individual body areas.
On top of that, nobody knew how many enquiries the website brought in. From May to December 2025, not a single enquiry was tracked – no call, no WhatsApp message, no online booking. From July to September 2025, the website’s average position in Google was 15.7 – so mostly on page 2, where hardly anyone clicks.
And anyone searching in English for a treatment in Vienna found no suitable page.

Today every important treatment has its own page – from HydraFacial and Morpheus8 to lymphatic drainage and eight pages for the individual laser areas. Since November 2025, 66 new pages have been created, 35 in German and 31 in English. Each one answers the questions clients have before an appointment and leads to a booking.
From July to September 2026, the treatment pages received 1,121 clicks from Google – 68% more than in the same period of 2025. 82% of them landed on pages we built. The average position in Google improved from 15.7 to 11.1, and the website now ranks on page 1 for 76% more search terms.
And because every enquiry has been tracked since February 2026, it is clear what counts: from July to September 2026, 44% of online bookings came via Google search – more than via any other channel. Since we focused the Google Business Profile on laser hair removal in August 2026, almost one in three enquiries from Google starts on the laser page. The clinic is also ahead in ChatGPT and Google’s AI answers: between 9 Jul and 7 Oct 2026 it was mentioned 351 times – more often than any other provider in the same answers.
Approach
Four steps to more revenue.
Clicks are only a step along the way. From the start, the aim was high-intent searches – and with them, revenue.

01
Strategy & foundations
A keyword strategy for high-intent searches, a clean technical set-up on Tilda and, from February 2026, tracking of every enquiry.

Measured by enquiries, not clicks.

In October 2025, we first examined what clients in Vienna search for when they actually want to book a treatment – and how strong the competition is for each of these searches. This became the keyword strategy, the basis for every new page.
At the same time, we tidied up the website on Tilda: we cleaned up page titles, descriptions and structured data, added rich snippets with prices and before-and-after images, and reworked the mobile view. Old URLs now redirect to the new pages.
From May to December 2025, not a single enquiry was tracked. Since February 2026, every one is visible: calls, WhatsApp messages, forms and online bookings – broken down by channel and page, every month in the Northstar Media dashboard.

A page for every treatment
Every in-demand treatment gets its own page with all the answers before an appointment – laser hair removal even gets one per body area.
Laser hair removal Morpheus8 HydraFacial
Every page leads to a booking.

From November 2025, we built page after page: first lymphatic drainage, pigmentation, rosacea, melasma and cellulite, then HydraFacial, microneedling and skin analysis, later Morpheus8, JetPeel, Forma, Aquafacial and Mosaic 3D. For laser hair removal, there is now a separate page for each area – from legs and bikini line to face, underarms, arms and buttocks.
Each page answers the questions clients have before an appointment: how does the treatment work, what does it cost, when will I see results? And each one leads straight to booking.
It works: from November 2025 to September 2026, the new pages received 2,746 clicks. From July to September 2026, 82% of all clicks on treatment pages went to pages we built. For searches about laser treatment of the intimate area and bikini line, the clinic rose on average from position 60 to position 9, and for the German search “bikini behandlung wien” it now ranks at position 2.5.

English & local signals
Key pages in English too, a well-maintained Google Business Profile and business directories – so Google clearly associates the clinic with Vienna.

In April and May 2026, we added 21 English treatment pages and an English home page, properly linked to the German pages and with their own rich snippets. By September 2026, the English website had grown to 31 pages. From April to September 2026, the English pages brought in 308 clicks – before that, there were none.
Locally, we kept the Google Business Profile up to date with before-and-after images and clear service names, listed the clinic in business directories and built a dedicated page for Vienna’s 1st district. A separate page about the doctor shows the expertise behind the clinic.
In August 2026, we deliberately focused the Google Business Profile on laser hair removal: since 11 Aug 2026, the website link in the profile has led straight to the “Laser hair removal Vienna” page. By the end of September, this link had brought in 374 clicks. From July to September 2026, the laser hair removal pages reached 524 clicks – in the same period of 2025 it was 73. A good two thirds of these come via the profile, not from better rankings. And it pays off: since August, almost one in three enquiries from Google starts on the laser page – more often than on any other page, including the home page.

Since February 2026, v-esthetics.at has been mentioned and linked in expert articles and guides on other websites – on 13 sites by August 2026, for example on HydraFacial, Morpheus8 and anti-ageing in Vienna. In September, we reviewed and cleaned up all links.
Since July 2026, we have been measuring every week how often AI assistants name the clinic for real buying questions (asked in German) – such as “Where is the best place in Vienna to get a HydraFacial?”. We measure ChatGPT, Google’s AI Overview and AI Mode.
Between 9 Jul and 7 Oct 2026, Vitalité Esthetics was mentioned 351 times – more often than any other provider in the same answers – and cited as a source 379 times, 1.6 times as often as the next clinic.
It is especially clear for Morpheus8 and Endosphères: anyone asking ChatGPT or Google about Morpheus8 in Vienna sees Vitalité Esthetics named almost twice as often as the runner-up among 37 providers. For Endosphères, the clinic leads among 20 providers – and on average is named first in the answer.
